Today I learned a great deal about adobe illustrator. I learned how to create a new document, quick key shortcuts and how to use the toolbar along with the tools included in the program.
Today I designed a bear essentially. A little cartoon bear. I kinda got carried away and made it really interesting looking. sort of inspired by Kung Fu Panda but not really. Only certain people would understand some of the things I implemented and find it sort of funny. But at least I was successful in making the bear. We weren't specifically asked to do a certain type of bear and so I did a panda since I love pandas.
I had a lot of fun today with this assignment. It was fun deciding the colors and clothes I was going to give to my panda. My experience with the assignment was like playing a nice little dress up the game but you make the character and all the clothing in the game, which was pretty interesting. I was able to put a lot of creative thoughts into the bear and I feel really successful, I'm 100% sure my bear looked totally different than those of my peers and so I'm happy with it and with how today went overall.
ps. I added an extra bear just for fun XD so don't mind it. He's just there.
